This is a nerf double barrel shotgun painted. Added to it is Clockworks motor for a pulse rifle added to its side. In addition is a mechanical trigger for pulse rifle. The shot gun portion is functional as for a realistic feel as an old double barrel load. The rifle is attached to stock. This is a metal barrel a PVC tube of your size would work just as well. Thus the metal is a little heavier on plastic. Designs on the handle are of my own design and painted on.
